Sky Train is a Florida for Profit Corporation formed in 1995, after ten years of design review, patenting and construction of models with various Engineers and Universities.  In process of funding for building at the Museum Of Science and Industry in Tampa Florida, the largest interactive children's museum in the USA.

We are listed with the SEC Washington as a Corporation selling to Accredited and Non-accredited investors under rule 504,  section D.

Stock has been sold and distributed to the active participants in developing Sky Train. Sky Train is a privately held company.
